Ballads of the Unseen: Song of Awakening
There are three accepted High Arts (Magic Types) in the World of Naquin: Sound which utilizes Music to accomplish feats, Pure which utilizes the Artists own energy and Elemental which utilizes the elements of Nature. A Fourth Art uses human blood. This Art was forbidden five hundred years ago and now it has been awakened.
Miharena is a typical servant girl until she is cursed to be invisible. Now the only evidence of her existence is her music.
With the world of Naquin crumbling towards war Miharena may be the only one capable of learning the entire story.

Princess Catir and Miharena the Unseen have been tasked with bringing the Kingdom of Taxilous back into The Grand Alliance before The Forbidden Art takes hold there. It seems they may be too late. Servants are vanishing without a trace but for what purpose?
It is perhaps by chance they meet Kel, a thief who is Half-Kylani. Her Kylani heritage allows her to be anyone. Kel is perfect for infiltrating the castle and discovering the truth.
Princess Catir has heard of the Kylani and she knows they can not be trusted.

The world of Naquin is prepared to fight thier enemy, but no one knows where the mysterious Olanya is hiding. Nor does anyone know exactly how to defeat her. The only certainty is the world must fight. As the moment of the final battle draws nea new lessons must be learned, old songs must be remembered and sacrifices must be made. Miharena the Unseen must risk everything to answer a question she fears to ponder: What happens to sound in silence?
